around town

Portsmouth has some great architecture and historic area

You can walk through this old village, and I think in summer you can go in some of the houses. Some need A LOT of work though.

Portsmouth, NH

I had a fabulous birthday weekend!
Scott and I went to Portsmouth, NH Saturday - Monday.

We stayed at the super cute Ale House Inn

They had iPads in the room with bookmarks to restaurants for bfast, lunch & dinner, museums, and anything else you could imagine.

The Inn is pretty small, but has a great nautical themed lobby.

In Portsmouth, we tried a bunch of great restaurants,
enjoyed some local brews (and not so local brews) and music.
Highlights include: Agave, Book & Bar, Poco's

Sunday, we started with a jazz Brunch at Rudi's

Birthday mimosa? Why not!

I got a new watch for my bday! Thanks Scott !

And, we saw a show at the Seacoast Repertory Theater. Musicals, mimosa brunch, and time away with Scott? Recipe for a great birthday!

The Seacoast Rep is a quaint theater. You feel like you may be in someone's basement, but it had such a great vibe and awesome show! I'd never seen A Chorus Line, but it is one of those shows I know I needed to see, being the B'way Fan that I am!
You can't go wrong with all that singing and dancing!

B-Day Love

Since my birthday was on a Sunday - I celebrated Friday - Tuesday!
We did a quarterly b-day celebration with the ad team:

So much pink sugar!

The Butterflies were rings!

Heather, Erik & Evie sent me flowers!

Adorably decorated cards from Mom & Dad, as well as daisies!

Cuties

A few weeks ago, I took a mid week trip to see Lauren, Lyla and Colton! (Kevin had card night with some friends!)

Moving so fast in the bouncy seat I couldn't get a good pic

He tired himself out

Such a big girl! So sweet!

I can't believe how big she's gotten.

My little bud

Colton's not so pleased with the paparazzi

Happy St. Patrick's Day

3/10 we headed to Milford to see my parents in the Milford St. Patrick's Day parade, and celebrate the holiday.

Scott and I took the train from New Haven so we wouldn't have to worry about parking, and had some beer samples at SBC. Such cute sample glasses!

Next up, the parade. Family friend Bill McNamara walking in the parade.

Flags of all the counties in Ireland

Sergeant At Arms

Mom and club friends carrying flags

After M&D passed by, we headed to Stonebridge to beat the crowd and get some drinks.

Actual St.Patrick's day - we had some Irish Coffees to kick off the day,
and met M&D for dinner at the Irish Club in Fairfield.

CHEERS!
